The Vision: Site selection, contract negotiation and coordination for a multi day conference, and gala dinner reception with entertainment for an Association client with estimated attendant between 200-250 guests.

The Event: Full process event planning that included hotel selection and approval from organizational committee. Contract negotiation of guest room block, meeting space for main plenary session and 4 concurrent breakout sessions. Coordination of audio visual and food and beverage requirements for 3 day conference. Site and supplier selection for 2 off-site events, for 225 guest, a welcome cocktail reception and gala dinner, including transportation and food and beverage. The Canadian Museum of Human Rights was selected for its unique design and humanitarian message to stimulate meaningful conversations.
