The Vision: In collaboration with Premier Event Tent Rentals, we were tasked to design and coordinate the installation of unique furniture environments for their custom-built tents and private spaces for a multi-day professional golf tournament, on a private golf course. Logistics included the transport of products between Toronto and Ottawa.

The Event: Coordination of over 3,000 pieces of furniture, in more than 115 unique event spaces. From client facing areas including the title sponsor’s branded clubhouse, on course activation areas, an off-site welcome lounge, sponsor hospitality areas, and food concession areas. To back-of-house functional areas like office/work trailers, volunteer center, and media/interview room that were built throughout the grounds of the 18 hole course, for a multi-day televised LPGA golf tournament. In collaboration with the industry’s leading furniture supplier the logistical management to achieve these environments included 4 x 53ft tractor trailers clocking over 3,320km alone between Toronto and Ottawa, during the 6 days of installation and 4 days of dismantle and removal. The 6 days of live events drew an estimated attendance of 75,000 people.
