GOLF TOURNAMENT: PGA

The Vision: In collaboration with Premier Event Tent Rentals, we were tasked to design and coordinate the installation of unique furniture environments for their custom-built hospitality tents, and public outdoor spaces for a multi-day professional golf tournament, on a private 18-hole golf course.

The Event: Coordination of over 8,080 pieces of furniture, in more than 200 unique event spaces. Areas included the title sponsor’s branded clubhouse and activation areas, sponsor hospitality tents/decks/areas of various sizes, offices and work trailers, volunteer center, media/interview room, public spaces and food concessions, built throughout the grounds of the 18-hole course, for a multi-day televised PGA golf tournament. Additional off-site venues included VIP corporate branded tents at a 2 night concert series, and a caddy lounge area at a practice facility. In collaboration with the industry’s leading furniture suppliers the logistical management to achieve these environments involved 20 days of installation, within 230 temporary enclosed and open spaces and 3 permanent structures, over 3 sites, and 7 days of dismantle and removal. The 6 days of live events drew an estimated attendance of 150,000 people.
