The Vision: Using a 90,000 square foot warehouse space, define and create a one-of-a-kind basketball themed experience to accommodate 500 guests for a private birthday celebration.

The Event: Like a true MVP, our guest of honour made his starting lineup entrance with a custom choreographed Raptors Dance Pak performance. Following the flow of an NBA basketball game, the event was divided into 4 quarters, with our opposing teams of adults vs. kids vying for the win, with live play-by-play video commentary from renowned NBA sportscasters Paul Jones & Jack Armstrong. Stadium style food concessions accommodated custom adult and kid menus, and casual seating areas filled the perimeter of the custom-built hardwood court dancefloor where the bouncing of the high energy dancing crowd could be heard all night long. The game ended with a nail-biting overtime finale that filled the air with celebratory confetti and thunderous cheers from the crowd! We managed the collective efforts of 36 of the industry’s top event suppliers and had over 100 event staff on hand to ensure this event was nothing short of a slam dunk!
