The Vision: Design a private birthday celebration in a segregated 7 section, 2 floor space for 500 guests, theme to be confirmed.

The Event: Inspiration was found in the guest of honour’s middle name, “Rose” with a modern twist. We designed a bespoke geometric rose emblem that was used throughout the space. First as a decorative vinyl screen on the floor to ceiling glass walls in the entrance atrium that wrapped our affair in privacy from the outside world. Then as a wayfinding strategy to move guests from the welcome reception on the first floor, to the event space on the second floor, up the embellished featured staircase. Where the rose design adorned the main circular race-track bar and continued throughout the space. To work with the various separate spaces on the main event floor, we created distinct guest experiences in each area including a “kids only” VIP lounge and swag room, adult dining areas, and the “night club” with a featured Magic Dance Mirror interactive wall and live DJ spinning high energy music all night long.
